Looking to participate?

Any student at Conestoga High School is eligible to join the team, and prior experience is not necessary.

Student-Athlete

The Conestoga Squash Club allows team members to learn and play squash in a program whose goal is the development of the student-athlete.  We hold practice and home matches at Berwyn Squash & Fitness, close to the high school.  We have varsity and junior varsity teams, play matches against local public and private high schools, and encourage team-building activities for a positive player experience.

Various Levels

Team members can earn EEPE credit for participation.  Squash is a club sport at Conestoga High School, and participating team members can earn a varsity letter for all four years of involvement.  All members must be members of Berwyn Squash & Fitness Club.  Developmental team members do not need to join US Squash.  Any team member wishing to compete on the ladder or in team matches must join US Squash.

Supportive Community

You’ll train alongside like-minded CHS girls who encourage and inspire each other towards their fitness goals. The season runs from November through February.  The team also travels to and participates in the national high school championship competition sponsored by US Squash.

Why Play Squash

Playing squash gives you the opportunity to participate in sports throughout your high school career.  Why is this important?  Consider these reasons:

Become part of a supportive group

  • Develop new or different friends
  • Build camaraderie with teammates
  • Look forward to do something afterschool

Build your confidence playing a sport

  • Improve your focus
  • Increase your independence
  • Gain a sense of accomplishment and pride as you improve

“‘Stoga Squash is not just a sport — it’s a community. Sunil is a great ambassador for women’s squash and all the girls are kind, welcoming, and motivated. I feel very fortunate to serve as their captain.”
